Don't want to work while in college and prefer loan; can I?

I want to transfer to Ivy League or top university in the U.S, so if I work much, I bet I cannot maintain good GPA. Anyone knows if I can loan for my living expenses or other loans for everyday needs rather than working? Please give me some ideas about my case and I would be very grateful.

Thanks in advance

You can. A lot of student loans can pretty much cover anything you want them to. Probably not the best idea though.

Try Chase's Education One Loan.

Federal student loans go to the school first and then what ever is left over you can use for what every you want.

you can...but don't. You will be in debt for toooo long. Instead just get a fun job. Work at a bar, or club, or as a bartender. It's fun, REALLY good money, and a great place to network and meet new friends. Plus, you'll be able to hook up your friends, and any pretty ladies. You don't want to be trying to pay off debt, get a job, and all the other mumbo jumbo thats comes after college is over....TRUST ME, do not get a loan. You will be sorry.
